How long does it take to refinish my dial? 
From the date that we receive your dial, it will take an average of ten business days before we ship it out.

How long does shipping take?
We ship with Purolator, FedEx and UPS. It generally takes 1-3 business days to arrive.

How do I pay?
Currently we accept payment through cheques or e-transfer.

Can I customize the colour and print of my dial?
Yes. We can change the colour and print of the dial. Please provide a picture for us to use as reference. We will try our best to get it as close to your liking. Please email us at Info@DialCraftCorp.com for further inquiries on this.

What do I ship to you?
Please send only the dial. You can remove the watch casing at your local watchmaker.

Yes. We clean, polish and can add luminous to hands.
